- The Difference for ST Body when use different wood
- For Electric Guitar Body, we have three common wooden material for option, USA Northern Ash,Russian Ash and USA Alder.
Russian Ash, ST body weight is 2.8KG/PC, Its Wooden grain is quite same.
USA Alder,ST body weight is 2.40KG/PC, Its Wooden grain is quite same.
USA Northern,ST body weight is 2.20-2.40KG/PC, Its wooden grain is quite different.
the Alder cost is Cheaper than Northern Ash is cheaper then Russian Ash.
we may provide above three different wooden grain body image when customer request it. - How to order guitar parts? Any order amount will you request?
Pls use Excel sheet as official order sheet and includes model number, color, quantity, unit price, TT amount etc, then we can running fast and arrange production as per the order list. Minimum order amount request USD2000.00, mix all parts acceptable.
- How about lead time for parts order?
- All parts like Pickups,Macine head, strap locks, Bone nut, Position Mark normally available within 30days except hardware,for hardware if the model customer want our factory just have stock then it will need 45-50days for delivery. but sometime factory doesn't have stock ready for all different model, so in case no stock for the model customer want and customer's quantity is not big enough to start new production, so then factory will waiting other big order coming and produce it together, so lead time need much longer time say 2 or 3 month to wait. so we suggest customer accept partial shipment, ship first what ready first, then rest parts be shipped when ready later.
- What are that payment terms?
- We request 40% down payment by t/t when customers place an order with us. The rest should be paid when goods ready for shipping. We will send out the original bill of lading and documents to customers after receiving full payment.
- Do you have MOQ or any request about minimum order amount?
- At Monito, We only supply fine quality Guitars ang Guitar parts with very wide range of collections for cusotmer's choice.
We accept 100 pcs as MOQ for main order. Meanwhile we also request the main order amount should reach USD8000.00,customer can maix all models to match this amount and this MOQ. Normally customer will buy some samples first to check the quality, then proceed to place a trial order with us. If the order does not reach the amount and quantity as requested then we will reject their order. So we wish to advise our potential customers this notice before they buy any samples from us. - How do I get your sample?
- Customers are firstly requested to pay the sample charge, the freight charge, and T/T bank charge. Then we will send out the sample(s) by sea, by air, or by express. By sea is the most economical way, but requires 30 days or longer to reach your sea port. Then your local forwarder broker will need to clear custom and do all process necessary. By air is fast shipping. Normally it takes 4-5days to reach the airport that the customer nominated. This way will also require customer to pickup the goods from airport. Express is the most expensive But it is the speedy way to get your product.
- For Guitars, who is your main customer?
- our guitar factory are authorized to make Epiphone SG, Arch top and Flat top Les Paul,Jay Turser,Squier,Stellar,Stagg and SX and Johnson etc.

- We suggest customer place an order in the normal increment for packing each carton. That will be better for packing and shipping. Normally wooden guitars pack 6pcs per carton. Electric guitars and electric bass pack 4pcs per carton. Mandolin cartons contain 10pcs, and Banjo is 6 pcs per carton.
- What is the price term and how do we finalize the sea freight charge?
- For Guitars, so please let us know the sea port you request. Basically we offer the FOB price first. When customers finalize model numbers and quantity, then we will finalize the freight charge as per exact cubic meter and weight for that shipment.
- Do you accept custom guitar order?
- Sorry we don't accept custom guitar order, we only sell what we have now.
- How long for Guitar samples or main order shipment?
Guitar sample order or main order delivery both need 60 working days for production.
since our factory always being fully arranged for order production, 60days lead time
